Meadow Creek Dairy was our exclusive dairy farm at our 2019 Farm to Table Dinner. The dinner showcased dishes exclusively created with delicious local cheese from Meadow Creek Dairy.
This farm is located in nearby Galax, Virginia. The family-owned dairy has produced cheese since 1980.
Meadow Creek Dairy prides itself on creating the highest quality and eco-friendly cheese. They practice sustainable farming methods by managing the land and cattle for health, rather than high production.
Their original raw milk cheeses are patterned on traditional European techniques, carefully adapted to their farm. Their three cheeses are produced April through December.
Cheeses produced are Appalachian, Grayson and Mountaineer.
